Product Availability

At Seattle Pops, we take pride in ensuring optimal product availability for our valued customers. With our inventory management system, we strive to maintain a fully stocked and diverse range of flavors to cater to every taste and preference. Our team works diligently to monitor product demand and replenish our stock regularly to minimize any instances of unavailability. We understand how frustrating it can be to not find your favorite flavor, so we make it our mission to continuously improve our supply chain to meet the demands of our ever-growing customer base. With that said, it is a possibility we will be sold out of flavors at any given time. At times, we experience supply chain issues which can impact flavor availability in our store, farmers markets, catering, bulk orders and wholesale orders.

Delivery & Shipping

We understand the importance of getting our delicious and refreshing pops to our customers in perfect condition. Our priority is to provide a hassle-free experience. With our carefully designed packaging, we ensure that each order is protected and delivered in an optimal state, even during warm weather. Once our customers pick up their order, it is their responsibility to keep their pops frozen with use of the provided dry ice (if purchased) or storage in a freezer.

Returns & Refunds

At Seattle Pops, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, there may be instances where an exchange, return or refund is necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our friendly and knowledgeable team.

The Seattle Pops Promise:

• If you don’t love your pop, we will switch it out for free!

We will happily trade out your pop for a new flavor if you do not love it. This is limited to one pop exchange per customer. If there is a price difference between the new pop, that balance will be due at time of exchange.
